People in France, Italy, and Australia protested the lack of freedom as a result of the pandemic. People cannot agree on stricter controls to prevent COVID-19.
Some governments in Europe attempted to regulate vaccination certificates in order to prevent virus spread. Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, implemented a health pass that allowed people to dine in restaurants. People who have already received vaccinations would be granted permission with a health pass. This regulation will go into effect. People should be aware of this new rule in French when going to the movies or engaging in any outdoor activities.
The number of confirmed cases in Italy is expected to rise. To combat this contagious virus, the Italian government imposed stricter restrictions on indoor activities. People in Italy, on the other hand, are unable to accept the strict rules and have taken to the streets to demand freedom. Protests have taken place in Turin, Milan, and Naples. People in Italy can eat at restaurants or gyms if they show proof of vaccinations, a negative test result, or proof of recovery from COVID-19.
Furthermore, during the pandemic, people in Australia yelled for freedom. People protested the lockdowns for nearly a month after the government announced that the restrictions would remain in place until October.
Gabriel Scally, a visiting professor of public health at the University of Bristol, stated that there were no new preventive measures to combat this virus. Some people simply did not believe in the virus. Some people simply enjoy expressing opposing viewpoints.
