Oxfam, as an international inequality and poverty fighting movement, suggests collect 99% tax for once from billionaires. It can be used by the government to produce vaccines for the poor, and ease inequality during the pandemic.

According to the organization, financial boosts not only benefit stocks but billionaires. The governmental rescue plans to stimulate the economy by fueling trillions, yet most goes to the top 10 richest men in the world.

The estimated tax money collected may be over $800 billion, which can pay for vaccines and health facilities for the world. This is not a dream or impossibility. The U.S. and China now aim to deal with inequality by increasing tax rate for the rich or tackling company monopolies.
