A healthy environment will benefit human beings and society to develop as a whole. The Autumn Session 2021 of European Parliament Assembly is to have a series discussion on the rights of environment. The European Council put a new section on its website to emphasize the importance of the European Convention on Human Rights.

This new section of the website offered ten case studies. They present how final decisions from European Court of Human Rights change political policies and practices. These ten examples include various pollutions happening in different countries. 

In addition, Belgium and Sweden citizens show a greater ability to influence their policies in local environment polices. The right of health and the right to against women violence are going to put on the website by the end of 2021.
