Veggie provider can fit the requirement of human rights.  

 

Located in Maine, U.S., Pine Root Farm aims to provide healthy produce for local people. It builds the second greenhouse. Its first greenhouse construction is supported by the National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). 

 

Last year during the pandemic, its outdoor stand created profits. It is because their outdoor stand and keeping COVID-safe for the local agriculture supporters. 

 

Emily Cai was a former human rights worker, now is a farmer. She then understands that farming was a grassroots change from every level of our lives that involved.  Food access is another important factor. Their products are organic with “affordable for local people.” Moreover, the Farm cooperates with a local health clinic to be part of prescriptions for produce programs. That provides a veggie box weekly to families who seek clinical assistance.
