On January 1, 2025, winds and rain are forecast to impact several regions of the United Kingdom. There have been over 150 flood warnings issued across the country during this time period. 

The severe weather that has been occurring in the United Kingdom has caused a great number of individuals to experience power outages, 

flooding, and landslides. There will be weather warnings for a significant portion of the rest of the United Kingdom over a period of three days. 

Yellow and amber wind and rain warnings have been issued by the Met Office for much of Wales, northwest England, Yorkshire, the East 

Midlands, and southern England. Additionally, a warning for snow and ice has been issued for the region of Northern Scotland.
