Pegasus spyware is now making headlines. NSO, an Israeli firm, sells phone software to governments. Pegasus spyware is being used to spy on human rights activists, journalists, and lawyers all around the world.

The NSO group has disputed all of the allegations. They claimed Pegasus would only be used to track down terrorists and felons. However, more than 17 news organizations from around the world have claimed to have researched the Pegasus spyware list that was disclosed. In addition, they have tested the spyware's functionality.

Pegasus has the ability to remove telecommunication materials, copy phone messages, and turn on microphones in private. The number of people who have been marked is unknown. Sadly, some of the people on the leaked list had been kidnapped or murdered.
