According to an Israeli study published in the New England Journal of Medicine on February 24th, Pfizer and BioNTech's vaccine is parallelly effective among different kinds of age groups, from 16 to over 60 years old, with about 94% protection.

The research of 1.2 million people was conducted from December 20th, 2020 to February 1st, 2021, the time that the British variant of the coronavirus spread in Israel.

As the country with the highest vaccination rate in the world, Israel is the only country vaccinating people in all age groups over 16 and aims to immunize most of its nine-million people by March.
