In commemoration of Nelson Mandela International Day on July 18, the independent international news media "Global People Daily News" launched an online program titled "Find Your Happiness and Inner Peace," inviting international friends from Germany, the United States, Taiwan, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and India to share their experiences with Nelson Mandela's ideas and actions inspired to bring love and peace into everyday life.
Deep breathing, listening to music, focusing and enjoying the things that bring us joy, talking to friends and family, and even spending time with pets, according to German musician Lena Beyer, can lead people in the direction of positive energy and establish a peaceful relationship with the surrounding environment.

According to Brazilian captain Eddie Peinado, it is important to maintain physical and mental health, exercise regularly, and eat a healthy diet in addition to flying professional mastery, proficiency, and attitude. He believes that practicing Qigong helps him face pressure calmly and balance his "equation of flying" in order to complete a safe flight.

Bernd Wenske is a well-known German entrepreneur, speaker, and philanthropist. He believes that perception, empathy, and communication can lead to inner and outer peace. These approaches advise people to focus as much as possible on the positive aspects of life, to care about the world we live in, and, finally, to reach a consensus that makes us more aware of what's going on in the world.

Vincent Lin, a Taiwanese TV reporter, expressed his feelings about passing by Ukrainian refugees. On the platform, he witnessed the joys and sorrows of Ukrainians fleeing their homes, and prayed that the war would end soon so that the people could return to their former lives.

British singer, Abi Rooley- Towle, and her band wrote the song "8000 Souls" in the hopes that the beautiful melody will heal people's pain and that everyone will find love and compassion to care for one another.

Finally, Preeti Phutela, Headmistress of Venkateshwar International School in Delhi, India, shared how she keeps her mind at ease and solves life's problems by thanking God and the earth we live on.
