Vaccine passports are seen as an effective way to increase people’s willingness to vaccinate and protect everyone. However, since the implementation of vaccine passports in European countries, it has caused varying degrees of opposition. GPDN interviews a French social observer and writer Ling Chih. She shares how the local people backlashed the implementation of vaccine passports in France. She emphasizes that anti-health pass protests are anti-"compulsory," not anti-vaccine. Hopefully the government will abolish the various restrictions related to vaccine mandates and give everyone the freedom of choice to get vaccinated or not.
