Rain dropped down on the east coast of Australia, comforting the 4-month wildfire. Nonetheless, the meteorologist predicted that the temperature would rise on January 10th, which might lead to a tremendous blaze again. Gladys Berejiklian, Premier of New South Wales, addressed that the safety for people should be confirmed.
The conflagration in Australia started in September and took away at least 26 people’s lives. Insurance Council of Australia, as a consequence, received 9,000 cases about fire damage and the total amount was up to AU$700 million. On the other hand, the Australian government promised to add AU$2 billion to the blaze reconstruction fund for the next two years.
Meanwhile, several celebrities donated to assist the improvement of the blaze-affecting region, including Celeste Barber, Pink, Nicole Kidman, and Kylie Minogue. Kylie Minogue, the pop star, said on Twitter that no matter how big or small the funding is, any assistance will help the disastrous place.
