Washington, D.C. — Today, the Trump administration released an accounting of its current efforts to take a sledgehammer to a wide range of commonsense rules and safeguards, including a number of crucial environmental and public health protections. Earthjustice is leading the charge to hold President Trump accountable and has launched numerous legal actions to fight back against the administration’s unprecedented attacks on the environment and public health.

“Desperately flailing for an accomplishment to point to, the administration has opted to boast about its efforts to slam the brakes on protections for the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the lands we cherish. We have a message for President Trump: this fight is far from over.
