On May 21, 1997, Prosecutor Hou sent a second letter with the same content to the governments of eight counties and cities in Taiwan, ordering the dissolution of Tai Ji Men. On June 18, 1997, Prosecutor Hou again sent a letter to the Public Works Department of the Taipei City and Taipei County Governments, directly requesting that the Tai Ji Men be cut off from water and electricity, and to execute its dissolution order. These dismissal orders issued by Prosecutor Hou were not revoked in administrative relief proceedings until December 1999.
