13 countries’ 36 organizations submitted their petition to the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). They complain France’s policies against its Muslim citizens. 

French government was blamed for systematically enhancing unreasonable dislike or fear of Muslims. Their conduct seriously breaks crucial civil liberties and human rights. France police often invade into mosque leaders’ houses and threaten their kids. 

In the last few months, Islamophobia has closed Muslim related bodies. Some of them did not even follow the law to stop their operation.

Feroze Boda, is a member of the Muslims Lawyers Association. He represents the petitioners to submit the complaint to the UNHRC. He indicated that the petition is to eliminate obnoxious policies toward French Muslims.
